Against my better judgement, I usually end up with at least one day of skiing in Oct. This year, I was wondering if that was going to happen, but then Old Man Winter decided to dump 35" of cold smoke on the Tetons over the last 24 hours. Needless-to-say, it was too tempting to sit inside and work... (reason #278 why self employment is AWESOME). So I grabbed my rock skis, called my reliably crazy ski partner, got the dogs in the car and took a powder day in October.
Glad I did.
we weren't the only ones who took a personal day either...
