—it's a lot of fun to say (pronounced: Toe-ga-dee!). It also happens to be the best early-season local stash for skiing. Yesterday, myself and two companions set out—rock skis in hand—for Two Oceans Mountain, located off the top of Towgatee Pass, WY. Never quit getting the due it deserves, this mountain pass, about an hour north of Jackson, offers some of the best (and most accessable) early season ski terrain in the area. The weather was out in full form (check out my ice-eyebrows), and light was pretty flat, but I still managed to snap a few photos of the day. Appropriately, the trip was followed up soaking in a hot tub, grilling dinner and watching Sunday Night Football next to a wood burning stove (go Pats!).
