Unfortunately for us, Dalton Ghetti uses his uncanny fine motor skills to sculpt pencils, not to fix hearts. The 49 year old carpenter carves pencil graphite in his spare time, often putting in just an hour or so of his spare time before his eyes get too fatigued. A labor of love for sure, a single pencil sculpture can take years (the linked chain pencil sculpture took him two years, a giraffe took even longer).
Ghetti sees what he does as a 25-year hobby, not work. And being that he doesn't see it as work, don't expect to own one of these tiny sculptures... they're not for sale.

Over time Ghetti has broke quite a few of his fragile works, he saves them in his “cemetery collection."
