Love this app... intelligently built, expertly executed. We really need a version of this for the US. (#New York Times??)
The Russian online newspaper The Village decided to name and shame people who park their cars badly via a free app whose Russian name translates as 'Parking Douche'. Developed by agency Look At Media, the app allows people to upload pictures of wrongly parked cars, and the data is streamed live to banner ads that are targeted through IP addresses to locations near where these cars were parked. The banners appear as pop-ups on websites, but will disappear if you share them via Facebook.
